New Pet-Friendly Policy

Whether they have two legs or four, guests at Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh can expect an exceptional level of service.  Next time you're visiting us feel free to bring your pet along.  Show your pooch or kitty true VIP (very important pet) treatment.  Please see the conditions of our pet-friendly policy below:
  • A $30.00 charge per day and any additional cleaning or damage costs beyond the daily fee will be placed on your guestroom folio.
  • Please do not leave your pet unattended. If a pet is found unattended, the hotel will call animal control, if we are unable to locate the guest within 30 minutes. A handling fee of $125.00 will also be charged to guest at the time for any loss in revenue due to noise disturbance.
  • Your pet must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in public areas.
  • We regret that all pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets, health club and pool areas of the hotel.
  • Any noise disturbance must be curtailed to ensure that our other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • Please call the Front Desk for a convenient time for the housekeeper to service your room, since our staff will be unable to enter your room unless you are present.
  • The guest will be required to sign a disclaimer absolving the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh of any liability as well as agreeing to the fees associated with damage and misconduct.
